I certify that no other person has a right of property to the animal. I understand I am giving up all ownership and all rights to this animal I will no longer able to get updates or stay in contact with the rescue. I will not be able to reclaim my dog/furry family member back once he or she has been relinquishing to the rescue organization.

At Girls of Dog Rescue, we understand that giving up a pet is one of the most difficult decisions ever made and our rescue staff are here to help. To give the pet safe environment and loving foster home until he or she finds there forever home.
