Leave No Trace Level One Instructor Course
Using the power of science, education for all, and stewardship to support and protect nature, Leave No Trace is on a mission to ensure a sustainable future for the outdoors and the planet. To execute this mission there are LNT Level One and Level Two Instructors. Wild Alabama is a proud partner and provider of LNT Level One Instructor courses. This course is appropriate for anyone that wants a full immersion in the ethic and is perfect for recreational leaders, scout leaders, and youth group leaders. Anyone that takes groups into an outdoor setting to perform outdoor activities from hiking to rock climbing will benefit from this course. This is also a perfect fit for land managers or people in leadership positions in state parks, nature preserves or private land where the general public is allowed to recreate.
Wild Alabama offers Level One Instructor courses both virtually and in person. Until we obtain the proper permits to do these in person on National Forest land, we are hosting these completely virtually. Participants in the course will receive a certification as a Level One Instructor.
