What to Expect:

The Training Camp's location is in Downtown Springfield, MO, at The Downtown Church at 413 E Walnut St, Springfield, MO 65806. Parking is available on-site.


Skilled Good Dads presenters go through the curricula one lesson at a time to equip you with everything you need to know to effectively facilitate the courses yourself. You will sit with small groups but have opportunities to get up and collaborate with others as well as we go through the material. There's plenty of time to ask questions, role-play scenarios, and otherwise familiarize yourself with the material. 


Business casual dress is recommended but not required.


Lunch, refreshments and a light breakfast are provided on-site all days of the week. Dinner is provided on Wednesday evening for those attending the Within My Reach training. We also host training in the heart of Downtown, within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and cafes. If you have specific dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that you bring your own food.


Good Dads provides writing materials and print-outs, but some of our trainees also take notes in their own notebooks. 


You may also want to bring cash if you've had your eyes on Good Dads merchandise, like our T-shirts, thermoses or hats.

Good Dads Spring 2024 Training Camp

Registration Instructions


How to Register: 

1: Decide whether you wish to attend training for Good Dads 2.0, Within My Reach or BOTH. Training for Good Dads 2.0 takes place Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (May 20–22). Training for WMR begins Wednesday evening and concludes at the end of the day Friday (May 22–24).

2. Training and Materials costs are separate, so you'll need to add both to your cart. 

  • If you are in the Good Dads contract area, you may be able to attend the training for free. Contact us to learn more. 
  • We have group rates available for five or more. Contact us.


3. Complete your registration, and you'll get a confirmation email from Flipcause. Be sure to provide an email address and phone number as you sign up. After your registration is complete, a member of the Good Dads team will be in contact with you to confirm.
