The purpose of this new lab is to help emerging playwrights develop new material in a class setting with directors. Early classes will focus on The 5 Questions, a technique for text analysis, and acting and directing taught by Earle Gister at the Yale School of Drama from 1980 to 1999. This class will begin September 5th, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Tuesday, continuing throughout Season 13.
