This event is an opportunity for persons living with dementia and care partners to interact with local experts and resources that can support them along the many milestones withinin the journey with dementia. There will be represntation from Patient Advocates, Attorneys, Financial Advisors, Home Health Services, Residential Communities, Respite Care/ Adult Day, Healthcare, Realtors, Downsizing & Moving companies, Crisis Prevention, Aging & Disability Resource Center, Alzheimer’s Association.
