FOOD VENDORS REGISTRATION

ATTENTION:

There are two levels of registration

  • Table food vendor
  • Food Truck Vendor

Please make sure that you register correctly 

Food Vendor Registration

  • Proof of insurance is required. 
  • The Festival does not provide tents, tables or chairs.  We supply booth space only.  
  • You can request electricity access for an additional $50 charge, Please make sure you indicate that you need this with registration.
  • Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up your booth space on Sunday.  We will charge a cleaning fee of $500 if we have to remove any garbage, waste, recycling or anything else from your location.
  • Medford Arts Center is not responsible for; lost, stolen, damaged equipment or merchandise; accident or injury to you or your staff and hold harmless the organization for any and all liability.
  • This event is rain or shine
  • Unless otherwise arranged, you must be present and set up your booth for the full duration of the event.  No late setups or leaving early.  The event is Sunday, June 9, 2024- 11am to 4 pm. 
  • In addition to Registering for Art, Wine and Music with Medford Arts Center, additional registration and permits may need to be filed with Medford Township and Burlington County for all Food Truck Vendors.  Links are provided here for your convenience.
