Please note that players need to check-in at 11:00 AM, and the tournament and events begin at 12:00 PM on July 20, 2024.

This is a family-friendly event. Meaning, it is a Texas Hold'em event with family-friendly things for the children to do, such as petting zoo, line dancing, karaoke competitions, homemade ice cream, kids corral, and more.

The Texas Hold'em Tournament has levels of sponsorship and also has individual registration options.

Individual registration: $75. It comes with a seat at the table with your starting buy-in chips.

Card sponsor: $200. Your logo will be on 10 decks of cards throughout the event.

Dealer chip sponsor: $250. Your logo will be on EVERY dealer chip that gets passed around all the tables, all day long!

Table sponsor: $600. Includes 8 seats at the table with starting buyin chips for 8 people and business recognition at the event.

Grub sponsor: $1,000. Let's put your signage up where everyone goes for some grub throughout the entire event. Dinner is on you! With this sponsorship, you receive 8 seats in the tournament, with starter chips, an addon, and a bounty chip for each of your players. AND, a 3-minute mic time to speak about your business!

Water Hole sponsor: $1,000. Let's put your signage up where everyone goes to quench their thirst throughout the entire event. Drinks are on you! With this sponsorship, you receive 8 seats in the tournament with starter chips, an addon, and a bounty chip for each of your players. AND, a 3-minute mic time to speak about your business!

DJ sponsor: $1,500. The DJ will also be the MC for the tournament, as well as holding karaoke competitions and line dancing classes. Your business will have highlighted recognition vocalized throughout the entire event, and your business banner will be on the podium. You also receive 8 seats in the tournament, with starter chips, an addon, and a bounty chip for each of your players. AND, a 3-minute mic time to speak about your business!
